We’re looking for a talented and dedicated mid or senior level game developer (C++, Unreal Engine).

Right now we’re looking for a mid or senior level game developer to join us on our quest to develop an awesome immersive experience. As one of the S1T2 crew, you will be part of a tight-knit group of artists and developers who are from a range of backgrounds and specialisations.
About the role:
- Contract role, with hybrid options
- Based in Sydney

What you’ll be doing with us:
- Collaborate with our UE5 team to design, implement and maintain gameplay systems with a focus on quality, reliability and maintainability.
- Support the integration of tracking systems and external data feeds into UE5.
- Identify issues from automated performance tests and communicate with the team to find a resolution.
- Write clear documentation and communicate technical details to the team.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 or more years of Unreal Engine programming experience
- Someone who enjoys collaboration and working in teams
- Great communication
- Initiative to solve complex problems
- Willingness to participate in several areas of software development
- Open to learn and be flexible, everyday is a new day here
- Passion for crafting stories and unforgettable experiences
Required experience:
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming skills
- In-depth knowledge of Unreal development ecosystem
- Detailed system architecture experience
- Source control (specifically Perforce)
Skills that will stand out:
- Experience with nDisplay & clustered sync replication
- Experience implementing or working with online systems
- Examples of game logic systems in UE5
- Experience creating and supporting content tools
- Experience with computer vision systems and creating new/novel HCI’s
- Experience with Unreal-centric Dev Ops and automated performance testing
This is a contract role based in Sydney (with flexible hybrid options). You’ll be joining a passionate team dedicated to creating experiences that are as meaningful as they are spectacular.
