We’re looking for a confident, collaborative producer to deliver world-class immersive experiences.
At S1T2, we blend story and technology to create emotionally resonant, interactive environments across museums, public spaces, and digital platforms. We’re looking for a Producer / Project Manager to lead one of our flagship projects and support smaller delivery streams, with potential for a full-time role.
About the role:
- Full time, with hybrid options
- Based in Sydney

What needs doing:
- Lead the delivery of a major real-time or interactive project already in motion
- Brief and manage vendors for product and spatial delivery
- Support other smaller delivery streams
- Assist with R&D coordination
- Collaborate with Creative, Technical, and Executive Directors to refine schedules and resource plans
- Manage client communications, approvals, and WIPs with weekly touchpoints
- Track project health, scope changes, and issue invoices tied to milestones
- Use tools like Scoro, Smartsheet, Google Suite, and JIRA to manage work and keep teams aligned
- Adjust approach and plans as project realities shift with the team not dogmatically following the spreadsheet.
It’d be great if:
- Have experience delivering creative tech, experiential, or interactive projects
- Are confident managing scope, timelines, and people across multiple disciplines
- Are client-ready, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
- Enjoy solving problems in-flight and finding ways through creative complexity
- Understanding of R&D frameworking and process
- Are looking to grow into an Executive Producer or Program Lead role over time
- Love working in teams that value storytelling, experimentation, and shared success
This contracted role is targeted for 6 to 12 months with a strong possibility of extension or full-time placement. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive studio working on bold, meaningful projects.
