We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with National Museum of Australia, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s ASEAN-Australia Centre, and First Nations communities in Western Arnhem Land to bring Water Spirits Immersive to life.
This exhibition explores the art and stories of Yawkyawk and other freshwater mermaids of Western Arnhem land in new ways, offering audiences across Australia and Southeast Asia a powerful window into the world’s oldest continuing culture.
We’re excited to collaborate closely with all our partners on this journey – National Museum Australia, Bawinanga Homelands Aboriginal Corporation, Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, ASEAN-Australia Centre, National Museum of Australia, Bininj Kunwok Regional Language & Culture Centre, Kane Chenoweth and Mulloway Studio.
