Pioneer the future of humanity
Show OverviewAs humanity turns it’s sights to Mars, we’re counting on tomorrow’s generation of scientists to take us there. Generation Mars is an interactive adventure designed in partnership with the NASA Space & Rocket Centre to inspire future generations to pursue careers in the many disciplines that will be crucial in our quest to understand the mysterious red planet.
Generation Mars offers a range of experience options to suit different partnerships and visitor journeys. First, a hosted interactive roleplay adventure invites visitors to embark on a historic mission in ‘Race to Mars’. Meanwhile, ‘Mission to Mars’ offers a free roaming exhibit exploring the challenges of reaching and living on Mars.
World-class collaborations
NASA PartnershipGeneration Mars is being developed in partnership with the U.S. Space & Rocket Centre at NASA. as the world’s premier space education initiative, the Rocket Centre will assist in co-branding and curatorial oversight for the interactive exhibition. They will also provide key media, assets and artifacts to enhance the visitor experience of the show and provide a concrete link between Generation Mars and real-world space careers.

Experience HighlightsBe the hero of your own story
Interactive StorytellingGeneration Mars fuses interactive storytelling with innovative technology to create unique role play environments that inspire and educate audiences of all ages. While exploring immersive sets, visitors will roleplay their future as world-leading scientists working together to overcome the challenges of interplanetary travel. Relying on immersive story-based education, Generation Mars creates unforgettable memories and ignites a lifelong passion for science and technology in young audiences.
Test state of the art science
Immersive EducationHow do we get to Mars? How do we survive solar storms? Why go to Mars at all?
These questions and more will be answered as visitors experience first hand the dangers and adventures of Mars exploration. From the challenges of cosmic radiation and atmospheric re-entry to the unique geology and environments of the martian environment, each experience provides an exciting introduction to the scientific concepts and engineering that will be needed if we are to reach Mars.
Experience the latest emerging tech
Cutting Edge TechnologySet in 2035, Generation Mars harnesses the emerging technologies of today to explore the future of interplanetary scientific exploration. From volumetric displays to advanced computer vision and artificial intelligence, visitors will step into a tomorrow that reacts and responds to their actions and behaviour throughout the experience.
This array of emerging technologies is then integrated with engaging story elements through each and every stage of the Generation Mars experience. Moving beyond a movie or computer game, we create an immersive and believable world for visitors to inhabit as they embark on a daring adventure across the solar system.
